Photonic Science Limited forms Defence Vision Systems

Mar. 22 -- Photonic Science Limited (PSL), following the recent awarding of several defense-related contracts, has announced the formation of a new trading arm called Defence Vision Systems (DVS). DVS will operate as a separate trading division within Photonic Science to serve the specific imaging requirements of the defense market. The company says that in the near future, DVS will be offering several new products including low-light and night-vision systems for defense applications such as aviation, infantry, armored vehicle, naval, and security sectors. According to Photonic Science, DVS offers the technical and commercial resources to provide complete design and build service for advanced imaging solutions to project developers and integrators. Photonic Science manufactures scientific detector systems covering the range of visible X-ray detection. The company has headquarters in the UK and France.    PTB Home
