NY, June 9 -- The light emitting from the fan area of a light source
can be intense enough to cause discomfort for personnel working at neighboring
laboratory stations. A new light-source baffle from SCHOTT-FOSTEC LLC,
FOSTEC Division has been specifically designed to block this light.
The baffle was originally intended as a custom component for microscopy
customers using FOSTEC DC regulated and AC light sources. According
to FOSTEC, an increased demand for this baffle (part #A29504) has prompted
